If you need to learn more about what we have planned, we’ve prepared some resources to familiarize you with the mission of the event and nomenclature you’ll encounter should you decide to bring your team. The preview video below is the best way to understand the key concepts you’ll be applying.
Space is strictly limited to five (5) persons per team, four (4) teams per date, on a first-come, first-served basis. We will manage the guest list so no two teams in the same business will encounter one another. Each team will be assigned a dedicated Navigator who will prepare you in advance and guide you through the day to ensure your team leaves the day with an actionable set of next steps to drive your endeavor forward.
The Preview video introduces new concepts such as the Stochasm, how to define your Offer in terms the market will understand (FIT-U), interpreting and programming the market’s Superiority Criteria into your Offer, and plotting the “Angles of Attack” of your Offer versus competitive options to ensure alignment is sustainable longer term. We’ll be using the Superiority Criteria Canvas below to help fill in some of gaps in your planning, once we’ve uncovered them.
Pre-work will include fine-tuning the target stakeholder segment of your offer, identifying potential adjacent segments for growth, and an inventory of control factors important to the success of your venture. We’ve designed the 1-day DEMOlition workshop with a promise to reveal the knowledge gaps, as well as observable faulty assumptions, by deconstructing your idea or Narrative Estimate and seeking out the frailties which might lead to trouble in the future. Your Navigator will then guide you to translate your growth hypothesis into an Investment Grade Conjecture ready for testing – against hostiles and helpers alike – in a competitive war-game simulation at a later time.
The workshop will also teach you to build analytic products, such as, your competitive landscape, issues analysis, stakeholder canvas and trends monitoring. The final output for the day will be a specialized strategic assessment which we call an IGC (investment-grade conjecture) using your target segment and its alignment with the criteria that market will reward with share.
